Joe Ringwald, Vice President Mining, Selwyn Resources Ltd

Joe is a mining and mineral process engineer with over 25 years mining and construction experience.  Past employment included senior mining engineer with Placer Dome, Vice President Project Development with Crew Gold, Technical Director Mining with AMEC Americas, Vice President Sustainable Development with Tournigan Energy and, most recently, Vice President Operations and Project Development with Brett Resources and a current director of Belmont Resources Inc.  His career has taken him into numerous countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America, Latin America and Asia to work on underground and surface projects of various commodities including base and precious metals, uranium, coal, industrial minerals and diamonds.  Most of his career has been focused on mine development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development.  He is on the Interim Executive Committee of the CSR Centre for Excellence and a Director of Transparency International Canada.
