David Kratochvil, President & COO, BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc

David is the President and Chief Operating Officer of BioteQ Environmental Technologies, a clean technology company that develops and applies innovative water treatment technologies that convert industrial wastewater into a useful resource. At BioteQ, David is responsible for the company’s operations and development projects. Since joining the company in 2001, he has been instrumental in the commercial development of BioteQ’s process technologies, overseeing process design, engineering, project management and operations for all of the company’s projects. Prior to BioteQ, David’s experienced included work as a water treatment specialist for Rescan Environmental Services, research and development in papermaking and ion exchange industries, process control and phosphate fertilizer production. David has more than 15 years of experience in wastewater treatment and chemical processing and is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia. He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Bio-Engineering from McGill University in Montreal.
