MARC LEROUX Senior Manager of Information and Marketing Services, Ontario Geological Survey

Mr Leroux is senior manager of information and marketing services with the Ontario Geological Survey at the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and Forestry. Prior to his 23 years with the Ministry, both in Timmins and Sudbury, Mr Leroux spent several years in grassroots mineral exploration in the search for base and precious metals. His current responsibilities include the development of investment marketing strategies, and policies to improve and market Ontario’s mineral potential to the international investment community. He is currently involved in a project that will lead to the modernisation of Ontario’s Mining Act.
